Orange County Register – The grand opening of Pechanga Resort & Casino’s completed $300 million expansion will get a dose of rock royalty with a concert by Steven Tyler on Saturday, March 3. In addition to the concert at the resort’s new events center — Pechanga Summit — there will be a ribbon cutting with dignitaries and elected tribal officials as well as a VIP poolside party with celebrities.
