Pechanga Resort Casino Invites Job Seekers to Fill 50 Restaurant & Beverage Positions – Job Fair Sept. 17

TEMECULA, Calif. – (August 12, 2026) – Pechanga Resort Casino calls on all who have ever thought about a career in culinary, restaurant and beverage service. Cooks, stewards, beverage servers, bakers, even head chef and restaurant management positions are all available for the right candidates at Pechanga.
The Temecula-area resort/casino invites prospective applicants to a special Food and Beverage Job Fair Thursday, September 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the resort’s Grand Ballroom. Applicants will get to meet one on one with hiring managers, receive on the spot interviews, and some may even be offered a job right away. The resort casino looks to fill up to 50 positions.

Culinary and food and beverage job seekers can visit Pechanga.com/careers to see available positions and then stop by in person during the September 17 job fair. Applicants may also apply for any role of interest directly from the Pechanga.com/careers webpage.
Ask any of the current Pechanga culinary staff and they will be quick to point out the availability of upward career mobility at Pechanga. The resort’s executive chef started as a kitchen supervisor in the Kelsey’s restaurant. The current executive sous chef started his culinary journey as a busser in the Pechanga employee cafeteria.

“I’ve been working at Pechanga for around a year now” said Brandon Alcazar, Line Cook at Pechanga Resort Casino. “One thing that makes working at Pechanga great is the unlimited number of opportunities to grow as a chef.”

“I’ve been working here for six years now,” said Johnny Banasijan, Line Cook at Pechanga Resort Casino. “I love the sense of community we have here. Pechanga always promotes a sense of family. You can see that in that there are generations of family members working here.”

“If you have a passion for creativity and for food, along with a great attitude, you’re likely a great fit for the team,” said Pechanga Resort Casino Executive Chef, Andre Pinto. “There’s so much room for growth in our culinary department. We would love to meet with you.”

Pinto says as junior members learn and do more, they get promoted to various increasing roles of responsibility within Pechanga Resort Casino. Food and beverage often has higher turnover than other departments due to the nature of the jobs, the upward mobility and those transferring to different occupations within Pechanga. The United States Bureau of Labor Statistics shows food and beverage related jobs increasing at a rate of five-percent by 2034. That’s faster than the average of all other occupations.

Pechanga Team Members enjoy dozens of generous employee benefits including full time employment hours, free meals during a shift, on the job training, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(K)-retirement programs with employer match, longevity bonus, tuition reimbursements, Team Member celebrations, frequent incentive gift cards, on-site gym, team member discounts on food and gas, and more.
Prospective candidates attending the career fair can upload their resumes ahead of time at the Pechanga Careers webpage – www.pechanga.com/careers – and also bring a few copies with them. Walk-ins are welcome. Chef Andre Pinto recommends dressing for success and wearing a winning smile. All available job positions at Pechanga Resort Casino can be found at the Pechanga Careers website.
