Pechanga Resolves To Provide Super Entertainment And Prizes To Guests In February

TEMECULA, Calif. – (Jan. 7, 2019) – There’s room on every list of New Year’s resolutions for winning time, for dancing time and for Bowie time. And February’s lineup of entertainment and opportunities for Pechanga guests to win thousands in EasyPlay in numerous ways provides the perfect reason to extend your resolutions into February.

The opportunity to win comes in with the Lunar New Year, which provides Pechanga Club members with the opportunity to win their share of $100,000 — $50,000 on Friday, Feb. 1 and $50,000 more on Friday, Feb. 15. Club members earn entries merely by playing their favorite slots or table games from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. At 8 p.m. on those evenings, 10 Club members will win $500 in EasyPlay. One hour later, at 9 p.m., 20 lucky Club members will win $1,000 in EasyPlay, culminating in five Club members winning $5,000 in EasyPlay at 10 p.m.

Number of entries are based on Club level. Silver members earn one time their entry, Gold three times, Platinum five times and Red eight times just by playing their favorite games.

The Year of the Pig is celebrated by the return of the Lucky Red Envelopes. Every Wednesday during February, Club members can win up to $1,000 in EasyPlay merely by swiping their Club cards between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m. Promotional kiosks are located outside the Pechanga Theater. And Presidents’ Day is celebrated by the return of the popular Hot Seats on Monday, Feb. 18. From noon to 6 p.m. guests merely need to play their favorite slots with their Club card properly inserted into the machine for the opportunity to be one of five guests every hour to win $500 in EasyPlay.

Along with those promotions, the value-oriented Pechanga OTB is playing host to Pick the Ponies, where on Saturday, Feb. 16, you can match handicapping wits with fellow horseplayers for the opportunity to win many times your $10 buy-in. Just pick the winners for each of that evening’s Los Alamitos racing card and the three players with the best overall winning totals in prize money based on their picks win shares of the prize pool.

It is the actual band members who accompanied the iconic Bowie as he essayed music history over four decades. The musicians, anchored by Mike Garson – who performed with Bowie more than 1,000 times and was the longest standing member of Bowie’s band – treat fans of Ziggy Stardust to an evening of both hits and deep cuts.

February’s entertainment lineup wraps up on Friday, Feb. 22, when three dynamic and versatile vocalists: King of Hearts’ David Pomeranz, Asian siren Nina and Philippines’ King of R&B Jay R bring their Heart and Soul 3.0 Concert to the Pechanga Theater. An Emmy-nominated composer and singer, Pomeranz has opened for the likes of Rod Stewart, The Doors, Billy Joel and Three Dog Night, among others.
