TEMECULA, Calif. – (May 2023) – Southern California dads can rejoice that the perfect Father’s Day samplings of craft beer, gourmet chili, silent auction, and live entertainment will be on tap at Pechanga Resort Casino. The 12th annual Microbrew and Chili Cook Off Festival will kick off Sunday, June 18 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. The popular one-day event is filled with an afternoon of sampling premium microbrews, tasting mouthwatering chili made by Pechanga’s acclaimed chefs, a silent auction and live entertainment. Tickets are on sale and may be purchased at the Pechanga Box Office, by calling (877) 711-2946 or online at Pechanga.com. Proceeds from the event benefit Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley.
Four Ticket Levels are available:
-VIP – $80 and includes early entry at 11 a.m., a souvenir glass, unlimited samplings of ten gourmet chilis, assorted desserts, countless variety of beer, and a chance to speak with brewers, chefs, and bid on silent auction items before general admission attendees, plus live music.
-Designated Driver VIP – $40 and allows early entry at 11 a.m., sampling of freshly made chili and other bites, desserts, and bidding on silent auction items before general admission attendees, and enjoyment of live music
-General Admission – $60 includes entry at 1 p.m., unlimited samplings of ten gourmet chilis, assorted desserts, a veritable variety of beer, and a chance to speak with brewers, chefs, and bit on silent auction items, as well as enjoy live music.
-Designated Driver – $40 includes sampling of the best chili that Pechanga’s AAA Four Diamond chefs can craft, delectable dessert items, live music and bidding on silent auction items such as designer handbags, vacation packages and more.
Beer lovers can enjoy unlimited sampling brews of craft and small production brews from San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Temecula, as well as Northern California, the Midwest, and even the East coast. Ticket holders also can enjoy limitless bites of homemade chili, fired up by the award-winning chefs at Pechanga Resort Casino. Guests can vote on which chili they prefer as Pechanga chefs go head-to-head to determine the AAA Four Diamond property’s best chili maker.
With microbreweries and small batch productions enjoying frothing popularity in the U.S., the Pechanga Microbrew Festival makes it easy for beer enthusiasts and those new to the scene to experience a multitude of breweries in a single day. Whether you’re looking for tangy sour ale, a dark lager, hoppy IPAs, or anything in between, you’ll find it all at the Microbrew Festival.
Proceeds support Habitat For Humanity Inland Valley’s programs that provide housing to deserving individuals and families, and home repairs to senior citizens and those no longer able to do such work themselves. All of Pechanga’s food and spirits festival benefit Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley. This year alone, Pechanga festival goers have contributed more than $50,000 in proceeds to the charitable organization.
The funding came from the Pechanga Wine & Chocolate Festival and the Pechanga Sushi & Sake Festival.
Pechanga has contributed approximately $350,000 to Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley during its partnership. The contribution from Pechanga is the equivalent of 226 Home repairs helping approximately 476 individuals.
