FOX  San Diego –  The 11th Annual Chocolate Decadence & Pechanga Wine Festival is taking place this weekend. Top pastry chefs are busy creating more than 75,000 different desserts for the event and this year the theme is “around the world,” so expect a big variety of flavors.
