PRESS ENTERPRISE – The festival returns to Pechanga Resort & Casino, Thursday, Nov. 2, through Saturday, Nov. 4, and due to increased attendance, the entire festival, which is put on by the California Indian Culture & Sovereignty Center at California State University San Marcos, will take place at the resort.
