SAN DIEGO UNION TRIBUNE – On Friday and Saturday, Pechanga Resort & Casino will hold its 10th annual Chocolate Decadence & Wine Festival and it promises to be the biggest — and chocolatiest — to date. For the first time, the yearly fundraiser will be held at Pechanga Summit, the resort’s brand new, 40,000-square-foot event center.
