TEMECULA, Calif. — (August 9, 2016) – Pechanga Resort & Casino, the largest resort and casino in California and a AAA Four Diamond property, is pleased to welcome Jessica Newton as its Media and Public Relations Specialist. With a massive resort and casino expansion just over the horizon, Pechanga is growing its marketing department with talented individuals. Jessica’s position was a necessary hire to grow the public relations team along with the growth of the award-winning resort and casino.

In her new role, Jessica will be responsible for disseminating Pechanga news internally to team members and externally to members of the media, customers, visitors and residents in the Temecula Valley and surrounding areas. She will represent all facets of Pechanga – the resort, casino, hotel, spa, golf course, entertainment, special events, and so much more.

Jessica has more than five years of experience in her field and has a thorough background in media relations, community relations, internal communications and all things public relations and marketing. With four years’ experience working in an agency environment, she is well versed at servicing clients, building relationships and in storytelling. A former board member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) New Professionals chapter in Charlotte, NC, as well as an integral volunteer of the chapter, Jessica is consistent, experienced and vastly knowledgeable with current trends and changes in the industry and how to best leverage them.
