If a fine dining experience minus the jokesters sets the mood for date night, the Great Oak Steakhouse’s or Paisano’s Dinner for Two could be the right ticket. Available Mondays and Tuesdays, each restaurant serves up a three or four-course meal featuring appetizer flights and guests’ choice for the second through fourth courses. The Great Oak Steakhouse Dinner for Two sizzles with an appetizer flight offering Colorado lamb chops, crab fritter, shrimp cocktail, shrimp and scallop toast and pork belly. Guests choose between elevated soups or salads for the second course. The third installation of the meal offers the choice of entrees, and the final course is perhaps the hardest – which homemade Pechanga bakery dessert to relish. Great Oak Steakhouse’s Dinner for Two is $240.

Guests can enjoy great Italian food at Paisano’s for only $60 for 2 people on Mondays and Tuesdays.

At Paisano’s just next door, Dinner for Two starts at $60 (yes, for two people) and features a three-course meal including choice of soup or Caesar salad, choice of entrees including spaghetti & meatballs, fettuccini alfredo, lasagna or eggplant parmesan. Entrée upgrades include shrimp scampi, chicken piccata, grilled king salmon or short rib and three cheese ravioli. Of course, for dessert, the only choice is a classic tiramisu made in-house traditionally with espresso soaked lady fingers and mascarpone cream.
