Great Taste Magazine chronicles Pechanga’s latest festival for foodies, which features more than 40 premium sakes. Guests can learn how to pair sake and sushi with Pechanga’s renowned sushi chef, Kiyo Ikeda, who helms the resort’s award-winning Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar. Ikeda, Kok Che, the executive sous chef of Pechanga’s Asian restaurants, and Pechanga Executive Chef Duane Owen will be on hand to meet with guests and guide them through the process.
