Start off with the choice of butternut squash soup served with crispy shaved pancetta or a mixed fall salad with candied walnuts, dates, feta cheese and white balsamic vinaigrette. That’s followed by a traditional Thanksgiving dinner including sliced turkey breast with gravy, Yukon potato puree, focaccia bread stuffing, parmesan green beans, and cranberry sauce.
