Press-Enterprise – A Georgia man who authorities say failed to provide Super Bowl tickets after accepting hundreds of thousands of dollars from customers — including his mother — was arrested at the Pechanga Resort & Casino near Temecula on Tuesday, Feb. 5, on a fugitive warrant.
