Boz Scagg’s National Headlining Tour Hits Pechanga This September

TEMECULA, Calif. – (August 27, 2018) – This fall, Boz Scaggs will be hitting the Pechanga Theater at Pechanga Resort Casino on Friday, September 28 at 8 p.m. as part of his fall 2018 Out of the Blues Tour. Now on sale, tickets start at $65 and can be purchased at the Pechanga Box Office, by calling (888) 810-8871 or online at Pechanga.com.

Beginning the end of August, Boz heads out on an extensive national tour through mid-November, including Pechanga Resort Casino on September 28 followed by LA’s Orpheum September 29 and NYC’s Town Hall on November 14. The Out of the Blues Tour helps celebrate the recent release of Boz Scaggs’ ‘Out Of The Blues’ album out now on Concord Records and currently #1 on the iTunes and Amazon Blues charts, as well as Top 10 on iTunes’ overall albums chart.

‘Out Of The Blues’ is a self-produced mix of blues deep cuts and new originals that finds Scaggs – born in Ohio, raised in Texas and Oklahoma – reconnecting with his earliest musical and regional influences. It marks the final piece of an unofficial trilogy of genre albums for Boz, which began with the Steve Jordan-produced albums ‘Memphis’ and ‘A Fool to Care.’

‘Out of the Blues’ features an all-star studio band, including guitarists Doyle Bramhall II, Ray Parker Jr. and Charlie Sexton, bassist Willie Weeks, drummer Jim Keltner, keyboardist Jim Cox, and Jack Walroth on harmonica, all supporting Boz himself on guitar, bass and vocoder.
