A BOWIE CELEBRATION features alumni band members Mike Garson, Earl Slick and Carmine Rojas along with Charlie Sexton, Mark Plati and world-class vocalists Bernard Fowler and Corey Glover and drummer Lee John performing a mix of Bowie’s hits and deep-cuts.

Keyboardist and band leader Mike Garson, the longest-standing member of Bowie’s bands, performed with David at his first and last concerts in the United States as well as 1,000 concerts together around the globe in between. The band also features legendary guitarist Earl Slick, who worked on landmark Bowie albums such as Diamond DogsYoung Americans and Reality; and Bowie’s Let’s Dance/Serious Moonlight Tour bassist Carmine Rojas. Between them, they have over 30 years of experience recording, writing and playing live with Bowie. Charlie Sexton became friends with David Bowie while recording his Never Let Me Down album. Sexton sat in with Bowie on the Glass Spider tour and was his special guest performer for the filming of the shows in Sydney. Mark Plati co-produced David Bowie’s Earthling album in addition to 3 years as Musical Director and guitarist/bassist with Bowie, performing with him in Europe and the U.S. at such shows as the Glastonbury Festival, NetAid, the Montreux Jazz Festival, VH-1 Storytellers, and The Concert for New York. He supervised the live execution of two complete Bowie albums – Heathen, and the 1976 classic Low.
