Cooks, stewards, beverage servers, bakers, even head chef and restaurant management positions are all available for the right candidates at Pechanga.<br \/>\nThe Temecula-area resort\/casino invites prospective applicants to a special Food and Beverage Job Fair Thursday, September 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the resort\u2019s Grand Ballroom. Applicants will get to meet one on one with hiring managers, receive on the spot interviews, and some may even be offered a job right away. The resort casino looks to fill up to 50 positions.<\/p>\n<p>Culinary and food and beverage job seekers can visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pechanga.com\/careers\">Pechanga.com\/careers<\/a> to see available positions and then stop by in person during the September 17 job fair. Applicants may also apply for any role of interest directly from the Pechanga.com\/careers webpage.<br \/>\nAsk any of the current Pechanga culinary staff and they will be quick to point out the availability of upward career mobility at Pechanga. The resort\u2019s executive chef started as a kitchen supervisor in the Kelsey\u2019s restaurant. The current executive sous chef started his culinary journey as a busser in the Pechanga employee cafeteria.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been working at Pechanga for around a year now\u201d said Brandon Alcazar, Line Cook at Pechanga Resort Casino. \u201cOne thing that makes working at Pechanga great is the unlimited number of opportunities to grow as a chef.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been working here for six years now,\u201d said Johnny Banasijan, Line Cook at Pechanga Resort Casino. \u201cI love the sense of community we have here.
