If you like wine, chocolate, gourmet food and helping others, mark your calendar for Saturday, March 4 for the Pechanga Chocolate &amp; Wine Festival. Tickets are now on sale and may be purchased at the Pechanga Box Office, by calling (877) 711-2946 or online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pechanga.com\/entertain\">Pechanga.com\/entertain<\/a>. Tickets to the event also make a great gift to give for Valentine\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The event offers festival goers hundreds of wine varieties, sweet and savory chocolate confections, gourmet food samples, live music and a silent auction, all while helping out a good cause. VIP tickets are $175 and VIP designated driver tickets are $75. VIP pass holders enjoy their early entry as it allows them quality time to talk with winemakers, chefs. They can explore wineries and restaurants not otherwise known about. They also get the chance to speak with representatives of Habitat for Humanity about their community efforts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>General admission runs from 1:00 p.m. until 5 p.m. Tickets are $100 and designated driver tickets are $75. These include a souvenir wine glass, unlimited two ounce samples of wine and spirits, gourmet dessert and cuisine samples from Pechanga\u2019s acclaimed pastry and restaurant chefs, live music and a silent auction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each of Pechanga\u2019s restaurants will offer gourmet chocolates and food representing each restaurant\u2019s specialty. Local Temecula eateries including Cork Fire Kitchen at Temecula Creek Inn and wineries will also be present, bringing the best of the region together to support our local community. The idea behind this came from Pechanga Resort Casino\u2019s executive chef, Andre Pinto. \u201cVisitors who have never been to Pechanga or Temecula before will be able to experience a wide array of our culinary offerings. We think they\u2019re going to be impressed at the level of attention to detail and quality,\u201d said Pinto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Proceeds from Chocolate Decadence and the Pechanga Wine Festival support Habitat For Humanity Inland Valley\u2019s programs that provide housing needs and home repairs to senior citizens and those no longer able to do such work themselves.&nbsp;Pechanga\u2019s contributions to Habitat For Humanity Inland Valley during the past decade have enabled 226 home repairs, helping more than 450 deserving individuals receive quality shelter for them and their families.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participating wineries at the Pechanga Chocolate &amp; Wine Festival include Robert Renzoni, Wilson Creek, Callaway, Maurice Carrie, Falkner Wineries, and more to be named.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TEMECULA, Calif. \u2013 (January, 2023) \u2013 The New Year kicks into gear with the start of the foodie festival season at Pechanga Resort Casino.
