Sweat shallots &amp; garlic until translucent. W\/ Butter<\/div>\n<div>2.) Add green peppercorns<\/div>\n<div>-increase heat until fragrant.<\/div>\n<div>3.) Deglaze w\/ bourbon, flamb\u00e9 to cook off alcohol.<\/div>\n<div>4.) Add demi glac\u00e9<\/div>\n<div>-bring to medium simmer<\/div>\n<div>5.) Reduce liquid to 1\/4<\/div>\n<div>6.) Add heavy cream<\/div>\n<div>-Bring to boil and whisk constantly to prevent burning.<\/div>\n<div>-Reduce to 1\/2 or until sauce coats the back of spoon (Nap\u00e9)<\/div>\n<div>7.) Add optional truffles<\/div>\n<div>8.)
