TEMECULA, Calif. \u2013 (March 22, 2019) \u2013<\/strong> The dining specials are as varied as everyone\u2019s taste buds, yet satisfying for every taste and palate, which makes celebrating Easter with a sumptuous feast at Pechanga Resort Casino a perfect way to spend the special Sunday.<\/p>\n

Seven of Pechanga\u2019s 13 restaurants are featuring dining specials on Easter Sunday, April 21. Guests will find a plethora of culinary creations sure to please every taste at the Lobby Bar & Grill, AAA Four Diamond Great Oak Steakhouse, Paisano\u2019s, Journey\u2019s End, the Pechanga Caf\u00e9, Kelsey\u2019s and the Pechanga Buffet. Hours for each restaurant vary and reservations are recommended at the Great Oak Steakhouse and Paisano\u2019s.<\/p>\n

The hardest part to celebrating an Easter feast at Pechanga is deciding on the endless choices available, which is where The Lobby Bar & Grill<\/strong> and its sumptuous Sunday Brunch come in. The international cuisine with American touches brilliantly created by Chef Jose Mendoza take the traditional Sunday Brunch and turn it into a creative and colorful kaleidoscope of flavors. For $36 per person from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can enjoy traditional brunch fare like eggs-to-order, waffles, French toast, pancakes, Applewood smoked bacon, fruit, cereal and more, along with hot entrees such as slow-roasted salmon, lemon pepper chicken and red wine braised short ribs, seafood, salads and a full pasta and dessert bar. And you can enjoy all that with live entertainment.<\/p>\n

Even more choices await at The Pechanga Buffet<\/strong>, which features an Easter Brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. along with its usual array of foods from around the world from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast and brunch items include made-to-order omelets, eggs benedict, stuffed French toast and the usual roster of tasty breakfast meats. Once you\u2019ve conquered that, there\u2019s the fresh seafood station that includes mussels, oysters on the half shell, king crab legs, hand-rolled sushi, peel-and-eat shrimp and more. Get past that and the carving station, along with pasta, pizza, rotisserie, Americana, Mexican and Asian fare await, along with soups and salads. No matter which delicious route you take, be sure to save room for dessert from the Pechanga Buffet\u2019s amazing dessert bar that is a sweet-tooth\u2019s dream: cakes, cookies, freshly baked pastries, pies, tarts, mini milkshakes and more. The Pechanga Buffet is $45.99 for adults, $22.99 for children 3-11. Children under 3 are free.<\/p>\n

For a Buffet Brunch with a view, there\u2019s Journey\u2019s End<\/strong> at the Journey at Pechanga golf course, which features a special Easter buffet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $42 per person and $22 for children under 12. Along with your sweeping view of the Journey golf course and the surrounding hills, you can feast on omelet and egg stations, breakfast pastry, fruit and breakfast entrees, along with an extensive salad station, antipasto dishes and entrees ranging from roasted salmon in citrus butter sauce to three cheese stuffed ravioli with pesto sauce and a carving station with prime rib and honey glazed ham.<\/p>\n

For a destination Easter dinner, there\u2019s the Great Oak Steakhouse<\/strong>. One of the most decorated restaurants in Riverside County, an AAA Four Diamond Award winner, the Great Oak treats Easter guests to a three-course prix fixe menu for $52 that starts with stuffed mushrooms with linguica sausage, bacon and herb stuffing, topped with black truffle and lemongrass sauce. That whets the appetite for Chef Andre Pinto\u2019s entr\u00e9e: braised lamb shank with smoked corn puree, rainbow carrot and gremolata. Dessert is a waffle Easter bowl and the restaurant\u2019s regular menu of top-shelf beef and seafood will also be served. The Great Oak Steakhouse opens at 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

If Italian is your Easter choice, Paisano\u2019s<\/strong> is the place. Chef Jordan Garcia has created two wondrous dishes: handmade chitarra pasta tossed with lamb ragout and summer squash for $28, or pan seared king salmon over polenta mousse with summer vegetable caponata and lime basil foam for $32. Save room for the yogurt mango mousse dessert. The restaurant\u2019s regular nightly menu will also be available. Paisano\u2019s opens at 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

Pechanga\u2019s upscale American pub, Kelsey\u2019s<\/strong>, offers a special a la carte Easter menu that includes spring greens with toasted pine nuts, caramelized carrots, fried leeks and white balsamic and raisin dressing for $8. The day\u2019s special entr\u00e9e is a slow-roasted leg of Colorado lamb with fresh herb and garlic rub, roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and yogurt mint sauce for $28. For dessert, there\u2019s a white chocolate mousse tart with raspberry and pistachios for $5. Along with Kelsey\u2019s 48 beers on tap, its regular menu will also be served on Easter. Kelsey\u2019s is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.<\/p>\n

If your Easter preference tends toward the casual and comfort food, there\u2019s the 24-hour Pechanga Caf\u00e9<\/strong>, which features a slow-roasted, citrus-glazed ham with scalloped potatoes gratin, asparagus and baby carrots for $16.95. For dessert, the Pechanga Caf\u00e9 features a lemon cheesecake for $5.<\/p>\n
