Temptations Food Court chef, Marlene Moore, tantalized the sold-out crowd with her \u201cTemptation\u201d Hearty Southern Style Chili. Stanley received third place with 153 votes. Kelsey\u2019s chef, Ronnel Capacia, came in a close second with 155 votes. Now in its seventh year, 1,695 people came to enjoy brews, chili and music at the 2015 Pechanga Microbrew Festival, making it the most well-attended to date. Here\u2019s the award-winning chili recipe.<\/p>\n<p><b>Chef Marlene\u2019s Chili Original Temptation Hearty Southern Style Chili Recipe<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/b>5 pounds ground beef<br \/>\n4 cup diced onion<br \/>\n1 cup diced green bell pepper<br \/>\n1 cup diced red bell pepper<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n2 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato puree<br \/>\n1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans with liquid<br \/>\n1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans with liquid<br \/>\n\u00bc\u00a0\u00a0 teaspoon paprika<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">\u00bc\u00a0\u00a0 teaspoon oregano<br \/>\n<\/span>\u00bc cup oil<br \/>\n1 arbol chili pepper (roasted &amp; crushed)<br \/>\n1 California Anaheim chili pepper (roasted &amp; crushed)<br \/>\nSprinkle of: dark chili powder, cayenne powder, onion powder, ground black pepper and cumin<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<br \/>\n<\/b>Place the oil in a skillet until hot, and saut\u00e9 the garlic, onions, green &amp; red bell pepper <b><br \/>\n<\/b>Place the beef in the skillet over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown<b><br \/>\n<\/b>Place the tomato puree, kidney beans, and pinto beans. Season with paprika, oregano and the Roaster chili Heat &amp; salt to taste.
