Christmas Eve/Day: A three course meal starting off with a choice of tomato bisque with jump lump crab, basil oil and toasted pumpkin seed soup or a house salad with Dijon mustard vinaigrette, hearts of palm, pear tomatoes, and cucumbers, followed by the entrée of roasted rack of veal with black truffle-madeira demi, root vegetables and wild mushroom risotto, and finished with chocolate filled profiteroles with raspberry sauce.
New Year’s Eve/Day: Guests can enjoy an upscale New Year’s Eve with an appetizer choice of lobster ravioli with smoked tomato-cheese sauce or baby field greens with aged balsamic, hearts of palm and cucumbers. The night’s dessert is a melba trifle.
New Year’s Eve: Looking for authentic Italian? Think no further than to enter the new year Tuscany-style. Chef Andre Pinto’s special menu features a starter of the wedge salad with smoked bacon, chopped eggs and red onions with a Russian dressing. Guests have the option between the pan-seared halibut with lobster and caviar finished with an orange and Galliano Buerre Blanc or the prime New York steak with Porcini mushrooms, roasted fingerling potatoes and compound butter. Guests can enjoy a 12 ounce smoked prime rib with crispy asparagus fries, roasted red potatoes and Yorkshire pudding served with au jus and horseradish. If you’ve saved room for more, try the cream cheese parfait with peppermint sauce.
New Year’s Eve/Day: Bring your family or large group to Kelsey’s to enjoy the braised short ribs with creamy corn polenta, roasted wild mushrooms and candied baby carrots finished with a red wine demi-glaze. Christmas Eve/Day: For a fun, Asian-inspired spread, Umi Sushi and Oyster Bar will host a holiday pre fixed menu of their own. Guests have the option to choose between two appetizers – the kampachi yellow wonton tostada and the micro poached Asian pear salad, The special entrée of the night is the roasted game hen with mushrooms and a grilled miso glazed Japanese eggplant, brown rice quinoa pilaf and game hen volute. For dessert, add the poached pear sake with sabayon gratin and raspberry sorbet.
New Year’s Eve/Day: Have fun with a non-traditional New Year’s Eve spread this year. Start off with an appetizer of opah sashimi salad with market greens, avocado, red onions, tomatoes, daikon, kumquat, yellow pea shoots and a shiso ponzu dressing. From there, choose from two entrees of either the whole roasted rainbow trout with Chinese broccoli, cubed potatoes, coconut rice and jalapeños with a coconut ginger broth or the braised short ribs with a carrot and ginger puree, garlic mashed potatoes, bok choy, tempura shiso leaf and short rib au jus.

Open 24 hours, the Cafe will feature a Christmas menu of pan seared Chilean seabass topped with miso-glaze, edamame and carrots served with a bed of jasmine rice and sautéed baby bok choy. For dessert, be sure to save room for the egg nog cheesecake yule log.
New Year’s Eve/Day: Regardless of the time, Pechanga Café will always be available to you. The Café’s special menu of the holiday is the pistachio crusted rack of lamb with a rosemary demi glaze served with parmesan mashed potatoes, asparagus and grilled red onions with mint jelly. Top it all off with the chocolate brownie and mousse in a jar.

New Year’s Day Brunch: Celebrate the New Year with a belly full of delicious brunch items! From breakfast entrees to a live egg and omelet station and from delicious dinner favorites to assorted desserts, Journey’s End brunch will satisfy any palette.
