Considered Mexico’s biggest cumbia exporters and creators of the Cumbia Sinfònica sound, Los Ángeles Azules are one of the most important artists of the genre in Mexico and Latin America.
Formed in 1983 by siblings of the Mejia Avante family — Elías, Alfredo, José Hilario, Jorge, Cristina and Guadalupe is known for Billboard chart hits such as “Como Te Voy a Olvidar” and the 2018 “Nunca es Suficiente” featuring Natalia Lafourcade. Since 1983, Mexican chart-toppers Los Ángeles Azules has built a large following for its symphonic-cumbia amalgam known as onda grupera.
Guests can expect to hear classics like “Mis Sentimientos,” “Cómo te voy a olvidar,” “Nunca es Suficiente” as well as modern hits such as their new single “Acaríñame” and “Amor a Primera Vista.”
