Seven of Pechanga Resort & Casino’s 11 restaurants help make the occasion memorable with dining specials to please many tastes. Guests will find Easter dining specials at the Pechanga Café, Paisano’s Italian, Journey’s End, the AAA Four Diamond Great Oak Steakhouse, Kelsey’s, Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar and The Pechanga Buffet. Opt for a casual setting at the 24-hour Pechanga Café where the special of the day on Easter is a slow-roasted, citrus-glazed ham with scalloped potatoes gratin, asparagus and baby carrots for $14.95. For dessert, the Pechanga Café features a chocolate decadence flourless chocolate cake with espresso foam and crème anglaise for $5.00.

Paisano's ItalianFor an Italian spin on the holiday, hop over to Paisano’s for dinner. For $45 per person, guests can savor a four-course dinner starting with aracino di riso with leek fondue. Spaghetti alla aragosta follows the appetizer with the swordfish alla Siciliana with couscous and spring vegetables entrée delighting all the senses. Save room for the strawberry, pepper and chocolate mousse with cappuccino foam for dessert. The restaurant’s nightly menu will be served in addition to the prix fixe option.

Open for breakfast, brunch and evening appetizers, Journey’s End at the Journey golf course features a special Easter buffet for $47 per person and $25 for children under 12. The spread includes made-to-order omelet and pancake stations, assorted freshly baked Danishes, an extensive salad station, a carving station with maple glazed bone-in ham and prime rib, plus fresh fruit and a dessert array to make the Easter bunny jealous. Journey’s End is open from 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and is open to the public.

Couple dining at Great Oak Steakhouse

For an Easter dinner to remember, the Great Oak Steakhouse, winner of the AAA Four Diamond Award features a three-course prix fixe menu with citrus-marinated jumbo shrimp with shaved fennel, roasted tomato and fresh tarragon vinaigrette to start. The entrée is braised, bone-in short ribs with horseradish, smashed Yukon potatoes, asparagus and baby rainbow carrots. Save room for the white chocolate mousse with passionfruit glaze and crunchy praline for dessert. The restaurant’s nightly menu will also be served. The Great Oak Steakhouse opens at 5:00p.m.

Pechanga-Kelseys-33The newly transformed Kelsey’s restaurant offers guests succulent, smoked lamb chops with mint chimichurri, sweet corn polenta, crispy asparagus and roasted cherry tomatoes for $32.50.  Leave room for dessert because the springtime-inspired orange chocolate mousse with lime foam and champagne gelee begs to be enjoyed. The dessert is $5.00. Kelsey’s is open from 11:00a.m. to 11:00p.m. and its regular menu may also be ordered from on Easter.

Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar

Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar offers three special Easter dishes – tuna tataki salad with yuzu-miso dressing for $15, a salmon fillet wrapped in bacon with spinach and walnuts, served with a potato croquet for $29, and finally for dessert, Hawaiian banana mousse layered with milk chocolate and caramel for $7.00. Umi opens at 5:00p.m. and its nightly menu will also be served.

The Pechanga Buffet is a favorite of many diners on special occasions because everyone can pick exactly what they want. The Easter buffet breakfast items will be served from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. All specials at the Pechanga Buffet will be served from 9:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. Breakfast and brunch items abound at the Pechanga Buffet on Easter including the Nutella, rum, banana, or butter French toast bar, the build your own omelet or pancake. Fresh seafood options include prawns, mussels, oysters on the half shell, jumbo crab legs and more. Diners can also choose from hundreds more options from the Americana, pasta, pizza, rotisserie, Mexican, Asian, soup and salad, grill and the carving stations. Leave room for desserts because the make your own sundae bar, freshly baked pastries, cookies, pies, cakes and more sweet treats await. Dinner at the Pechanga Buffet is served starting at 3:00p.m. on Easter Sunday. Prices are $29.99 for adults and $14.99 for children ages three to 11. Children under three are free.
